COVID-19: Appointment Information

Attention All Pure Dermatology Patients

According to new guidelines released by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on 12/27/21, the following guidelines will now be used in our office:

If you have tested POSITIVE for COVID-19, even if you are fully vaccinated, we will NOT see you in the office. You should isolate for at least 5 days, and your symptoms should be totally resolved. You should continue to wear a mask for another 5 days after your symptoms have resolved.
If you have been EXPOSED to COVID-19 and are FULLY VACCINATED and have no symptoms, we will see you. You should wear a surgical mask – not a cloth mask while in our office. (These will be provided to you).
If you have been EXPOSED to COVID-19 and HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED, we will NOT see you for 10 days after your exposure.
