Register Online to Save Time
When you call for your appointment, we will ask for your email address. We will then email you a security code which will allow you to complete all your required forms prior to coming to our office so that we will have all your information immediately ready when you arrive for your appointment! There will be no need to fill out paperwork when you arrive.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient and his or her particular concerns. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice so we may give your appointment time to another patient needing dermatologic care. We remind you of your appointment at least 2 days in advance. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your account may be subject to a fee.
